COVID-19 – Practice Update

In light of the current situation with COVID-19, we would like to provide further guidance on how we will continue to support your hearing and ensure your hearing aids continue to work optimally.

The health and well-being of you and your families are of the utmost importance. In the current environment surrounding the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), we are proceeding with an abundance of caution and responsibility for the communities in which we live and the people with whom we work.

Our clinic remains open for service and adjustment appointments. Batteries can be posted or collected in store (by appointment only).
We are following the recommended government guidelines to uphold the highest levels of hygiene including sanitising the clinic between patients.

Extended appointment times ensure we provide a one to one environment to minimise risk
